Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read Beloved Pet Furniture's ,Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy before accessing, purchasing from, or using the Site By accessing or using Belovedpetfurniture.co.nz (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms set forth in these Terms of Use. You can accept these Terms of Use in one of three ways: (1) by clicking to "accept" or "agree" to these Terms of Use, where this option is presented or made available to you on the Site; (2) by actually using the Site; and/or, (3) by making purchases from the Site.

PURCHASES All Orders Are Final

Beloved Pet Furniture tries to process orders within 3 business days of receiving the information and will give you an estimated ship date. All orders are final, except for delays caused by Beloved Pet Furniture. If the delay is caused by Beloved Pet Furniture, you will be given the option to cancel your order before production begins. If the delay is caused due to missing information from you, Beloved Pet Furniture will process your order as soon as your information is received. All orders are final even if they are delayed once production begins on the product you ordered. We do not issue refunds for delays caused with shipping. Once the item has been built we can no longer offer refunds unless the item is lost in shipping or totaled in shipping and you choose a refund over a new unit.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you believe you have received a defective/damaged item or incorrect order, you must contact Beloved Pet Furniture within 24 hours of receipt along with a photo of the defect or damages. Beloved Pet Furniture will contact you within three business days to discuss the defect or damages and the best course of action to correct it. If the item was damaged during shipping Beloved Pet Furniture reserves the right to first replace or restore the piece of furniture before a refund or a new kennel can be made.

Unfit Crate Surround

If the custom-made crate surround does not fit your crate due to the wrong measurements you gave to Beloved Pet Furniture while placing the order, Beloved Pet Furniture is not liable to offer neither refund or a replacement.

Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Cancellation policy

Ready To Purchase products may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once a product has shipped, it is considered a return. Please see our return policy for details. Made to order products, such as crate surround may be cancelled prior to production. Once Beloved Pet Furniture has started to build your order of crate surround, Beloved Pet Furniture can no longer offer accept cancellation or refund.


Return Policy

You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 5 business days once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.


Return Eligibility

Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund (please do not modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:Personalized Items, such custom-made crate surround and custom- made ramp and kennel.


Products with pet damage

Once we receive the product we will inspect it for damages. If product is damaged additional fees may be deducted from refund amount.

Receiving product

Within 48 hours of receiving your product you must notify Beloved Pet Furniture of any damages caused during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to fully document any and all damages that have occurred. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Use of Products

All products are made with non-toxic materials. However, you should limit any chewing, licking, or other uses of our products by your animals. Beloved Pet Furniture is not responsible for any injury to your animal due to the misuse of the Beloved Crate Surround, Pet Ramp or other animal furniture product such as damage to the structure of the product, damage to the area where your animal furniture product is stored and/or injury to your animal such as splinters, scratches, and/or other injuries. Further, our products should be used with plastic trays so that should your animal have an accident, the furniture does not get soiled.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.


Protecting Your Privacy

Beloved Pet Furniture makes all attempts to protect your private information. Beloved Pet Furniture will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent unless otherwise specified in this Policy.


Credit Card Information

Stripe.com handles all purchases made through the Site. Please see Stripe.com's Privacy Policy regarding payments made through its site. Beloved Pet Furniture may disclose your information in the event that you dispute any charges incurred by you with Stripe.com and/or any other third party service provider from Beloved Pet Furniture.
